Katy Wayne
With over 20 years of teaching in a fast-paced Further Education College I’m so excited to additionally apply my expertise to running the Sheffield venue with Jubilee College.
After losing my beautiful Dad in 2013, I stepped back from my fast‑paced career and re‑evaluated my life goals and aspirations. I had always been drawn to Reflexology, so training in this deeply beneficial complementary therapy quickly moved to the top of my agenda. I knew that when I finally immersed myself in training, I wanted to achieve the highest standard possible — which is exactly why training with David at Jubilee College felt like the perfect fit.
My journey into Reflexology soon began, swiftly followed by Reiki as an additional tool within my therapeutic practice. I now run my own small clinic near Ashbourne in the beautiful Peak District, alongside my programme coordination and lecturing roles. I constantly seek to further develop my skills so I can deliver the very best experience to both my students and my clients. I am also proud to deliver the AOR‑approved Hot and Cold Stone Reflexology postgraduate training course, offering therapists a supportive, high‑quality learning experience that blends advanced technique with practical, confidence‑building guidance. My step into Reflexology was the best decision I have ever made, and I’d love to share my passion and expertise with you. I draw on my wealth of teaching experience to inspire, motivate, and guide you along your own journey. I pride myself on a unique teaching style that embraces all learning preferences, paired with exceptional support and mentoring to truly captivate your learning and development in this wonderful therapy.
I love to support students and help them succeed. Every class I teach will have humour and will make you smile. My personal goal is: "If I haven’t got each student engaged and smiling during every lesson, I feel I haven’t done my job!" I was amazingly nominated for ‘My Favourite Lecturer’ – you can read more on this at the Association of Colleges website - (https://www.aocjobs.com/news-detail/my-favourite-lecturer-katy-wayne)

Kate Russell
After teaching for over 28 years in Primary Education, I am delighted to be able to continue my passion for teaching and combine it with my love and expertise of reflexology to run the Nottingham and Newcastle venues with Jubilee College.
After a serious cycling accident, I was recommended to receive reflexology as part of my recovery process and my love for the therapy was instant. I wanted the highest possible qualification in order to pursue this as a career and Jubilee College set the highest of standards. Embarking on a new pathway, I quickly began to build my business and now run a small practice from my own home, along with an additional clinic in the Hunter’s Bar area of Sheffield. As a keen member of the Association of Reflexologists, I undergo continuous CPD in order to give the best service to my clients and students. My life-changing decision is my passion, and I would love to share my enthusiasm and expertise with you along your own reflexology pathway. I have an exceptional record of the highest standards in teaching and learning as confirmed by Ofsted and am passionate about teaching with clarity, support and kindness as you embark on your own journey.
I am confident and excited to use a range of teaching styles, a great sense of humour and a clear, kind and supportive environment to help you succeed. I am passionate about sharing my love of reflexology with everyone and helping you to change your life too, in whichever way you choose. And we will also receive some beautiful, relaxing reflexology treatments along the way!

Sally Dungworth
With over 35 years of experience in holistic and beauty therapies, I have dedicated my career to both practicing and teaching these disciplines. After training at Lincoln College, I gained extensive experience working across the country in salons, spas, and colleges, as well as running my own successful salon for many years.
For the past three decades, I have taught beauty and holistic therapies in Further Education Colleges, and I currently work full-time as a lecturer in Derbyshire. Alongside my teaching, I run a busy clinic during evenings and weekends, sharing my skills with clients who value the restorative power of holistic treatments.
Reflexology has been a central passion of mine for over 20 years. I find immense joy in performing the treatment and in passing on my knowledge to students. Their achievements are a reflection of my own success, and I take pride in fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment. My enthusiasm shines through in every class, inspiring students to develop confidence and skill in their practice.
I am also a proud member of the Association of Reflexologists, which reflects my commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards and continuing to grow within the field of complementary therapies.
