By the end of the day you will:
- Be confident in giving a full Hand Reflexology Treatment as a stand-alone therapy.
- Be able to combine Hand Reflexology successfully with Foot Reflexology.
- Be able to work your own hands and inspire your clients to do the same.
- Be aware of the importance of regular hand exercises to keep your hands healthy.
- Be able to offer clients a relaxing hand and arm massage.
- Understand how to balance and energise the mind and body by pressing and tapping the Hand Meridian points.
Workshop times
10am until 5pm. Please bring a packed lunch.
All this for only £85. Booking deposit of £30.00, balance to pay on the day.
